While I don't have exact numbers, apparently all is well with my bloodwork- no diabetes (ha- I knew that one) and no thyroid issues.
On to the next phase- though I don't know what that is yet. Wednesday we will make our gameplan. Yippee.
Down 4 lbs already- 16 more to go! Yay!

OB Visit
Well, that went craptastically. In the nicest way she could, I pretty much got told that I needed to lose weight. Now. Wonderful. It turns out that I gained 23 lbs. the past year (and like 25 the prior year). So we are going to get on this before I get any heavier than 232. Tomorrow morning I can go in for a 2 hr glucose test and for thyroid crap. Lovely way to spend the morning.
During her little lecture she started in about cholesterol levels and glucose levels...yadda yadda yadda. I just had that done about a month ago. My cholesterol levels were something to be envied and my glucose only failed because the people running it told me I wasn't eligible to do it for free (it was through work and I don't have their insurance), so I went a slammed two cups of coffee with sugar and cream in them. Then they told me I could do it- I was over by 9 points after that.
Then she started going into that when you gain weight you won't ovulate. Hmm, I am fairly certain my charts disagree. Thanks for playing though. I probably should have taken them in with me, but it didn't cross my mind. I have a survey to fill out, and I will send my charts in with that.
I am not sure how I want these test results to come out tomorrow. I am fairly certain the glucose test won't be an issue after how things went last month. I am curious about the thyroid results though.
