I have a blog. My bad.
So I ended up just having a wicked cold. But it's gone now. J is back to normal. All is well in the world again.
Not much new to report, hence why I haven't posted anything lately. My medical records are on order so I will have those for the RE appointment (in 11 days! o_o) I need to discuss this with J, but I am seriously thinking a break cycle. The appointment is right around when I ovulated the last couple cycles, so we may just say fuck it and let this cycle go.
Though I am sure I have said that before and my CDO always ends up getting the best of me.

We don't have to share everything J.
Like say the swine flu for instance. I would have been perfectly content with him keeping that shit to himself. But no.
I am not fully convinced that is what I have, but I'm not going to rule it out. I have yet to get a fever. My main issue is the cough and upper chest congestion. I did start to feel like a bus hit me, but that went away pretty easily with a bath and some ibuprofen.
We'll see how I feel in the morning.

Noooo!
It's bad enough J is officially a statistic now with a confirmed case of H1N1. But now I am feeling like crap. How? He warned me that he was sick, we were cautious prior to go to the doctor, and even more so once we left there. So why am I getting sick damn it? Fucking bullshit.
The timing couldn't be worse. We have a big party planned for this weekend. If we are not both on the mend by Wednesday evening, that will be cancelled/postponed.
I'm also apparently fertile. We haven't had sex since...yeah. Sweet. Nothing like guaranteeing that RE appointment will be kept.
And I have a dentist appointment this week. I've already moved it once. I hate to do it again, but I don't see them being fans of working on the mouth of someone with the flu. Call me crazy, but I don't think they'd go for it.
And our audit is next week at work. Which means I need to get a bunch of other shit done this week so I don't fall behind on that.
Fuck me.

And now for the bad.
Today marks the beginning of month 24. That's right folks, 2 years. The majority of our married life has been trying, and fialing miserably, to have a child. Just wonderful. Could we be any luckier?
I did receive the packet from the RE today. It was the online forms that I figured it would be. I need to call my OB's office and get them to make a physical copy of my medical records. Yay. That should be fun. And thank God this should be covered by insurance because otherwise it would be $310. Yeah. (They whited out $325 and lowered it down to the current price. How gracious of them.)
36 days and counting. Maybe I'll get pregnant this month and we can cancel said appointment.
Do you need me to call for help? I am assuming you are laughing your ass off at that.

Today is a good day.
Happy 3rd anniversary to us! We've managed to not kill each other yet!
I also made the appointment today with the RE. November 5th was the first open date for initial appointments. They are mailing us a packet and I need to get a copy of my medical records to forward. Oh goody. That's always fun. I think I am going to have them give me a copy- I want to see what all is in there.
Tonight we are going out for dinner, trying to pick up something for me as a present (J has been getting his hunting stuff), then coming home to attempt to eat the cake top. Yes, 3 years later. J was gone the first year and last year we kind of forgot.
Tomorrow, however, will not be a good day. Tomorrow marks a shitty day. But we will worry about that then!

Shoot me now.
Please and thank you.
Yay for killer cramps! Yay for shitting out my insides and feeling like I am going to puke the whole while!
Hooray for CD1.

I guess that's what I get.
Stupid hope. Don't ask why, but for some reason, I stupidly got my hopes up this cycle. Why? Hell if I know. I think the insurance issues put me in a better than normal mood and apparently I started thinking everything would start going better.
Major der to me.
Work has been kicking my ass. We have a major audit next week that we found out actual dates of and the requirements a whopping 5 days ago. Thanks for the warning. Half the stuff isn't even in our office, it's at corporate. How is that going to work? Should be a blast, let me tell you. On top of that, I have had one stupid mistake after another lately. I just seems like anything I touch turns to crap. I think part of this is because I am rushing to get everything in order for next week.
In addition to that joy, we are having some other major overhauls at work (new landline phone systems, switching cell phone providers, going paperless) and lucky me, I have my sticky fingers in some part of all of them, and along with my boss and the couple of ladies from corporate, are responsible for the roll out of our paperless system. Joy. Plus I am supposed to get our billings audited for tax errors prior to the paperless transition mid month. Yeah, right. If I do it while I sleep maybe.
Working out? What the fuck is that? I haven't seen the inside of the gym in weeks. The days I don't have volleyball, I am usually so spent either physically or mentally it's not even a consideration. Which I know doesn't help.
We are having a big party in a couple weeks to celebrate the completion of our garage. At some point, it needs a couple things. Like lights and plug ins maybe. And all the gardening stuff moved to the shed (which must be first moved back into place) so we can get in the garage.
Had to move my dentist visit (first one in waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long) due to the stupid audit, so I have that in the middle of all this crap.
AND I need to decide which RE I want to call and set up an appointment with.
All in my free time. Yay.
